We do the supervising, and we hire the floor labor locally. Phoenix is a day drive from both of our buildings, so a supervisor who already knows your booth is there for move-in rather than meeting it for the first time. Marshaling, labor calls and show-services paperwork run through us.
Your booth is cut and assembled in one of our own shops, then stood up complete in Las Vegas before it is crated. Phoenix is a straight run down the 93 from there, which is why Arizona programs tend to arrive early rather than overnight.
Phoenix runs a heavy winter and spring calendar, and the good labor is booked before the show is. Twelve to sixteen weeks is comfortable for a custom island. If you are inside that, call anyway, because the drive is short enough that we can compress the back end.
Footprint and complexity first. After that, Phoenix is one of the cheaper Western cities to ship into, because we truck it ourselves instead of putting it on a common carrier. Tell us the show and the space and an account manager prices it inside a business day.
Yes. We store properties show-ready, rework them between seasons and stand the updated build up in full before it goes back on the truck. A lot of Arizona work is a reconfigured island rather than a new one.
