For Agencies, Studios & Producers

You keep the client. We keep the deadline.

White-label fabrication for the people who already won the work. Forty years, two West Coast shops, six departments under our own roofs, and a crew that never speaks to your client unless you put us in the room.

The Arrangement

The terms, in three lines.

Non-negotiable
01

You own the client

We do not contact them, pitch them, or follow up with them. Quotes come back to you, itemized, in a format you can mark up and put your own cover on. We sign your NDA or send ours, we honor embargo dates, and nothing you build with us appears in our work or our socials unless you give us that in writing.

On us
02

We own the deadline

Eight to ten weeks from approved drawings is standard. Rush is four to five. If the show is at the Anaheim Convention Center, a same-week rebuild is a drive rather than a miracle. The date on the contract is the date we work backward from.

One shop
03

Six departments, one invoice

Design, engineering, fabrication, graphics, logistics and show services all sit inside our own buildings. Nobody sublets your project to a shop you have never heard of, and there is no chain of vendors to chase when something moves.

Two Shops

One coast that matters.

Headquarters

Anaheim, California

Six miles from the Anaheim Convention Center. Expo West, DesignerCon, NAMM and D23 all load in from a dock we own. At Expo West we build and manage more than thirty booths in a single week, which is the whole answer if your agency has four clients on one floor.

Headquarters

Las Vegas, Nevada

Fifteen minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center. CES, SHOT Show, MAGIC, NAB and ISC West are staged and pre-built here rather than freighted in. Booths are test-built in the shop before they ever roll to the hall.

Capabilities

Every department, on our own lot.

In-house
01

Design & Engineering

We build to your creative rather than rerouting it through our own design language. Spatial design, structural engineering, production-ready CAD, and buildability answers while the drawing is still open.

In-house
02

Fabrication

Metal, millwork, vinyl, fabric and paint finishes across two production facilities. Custom aluminum framing, scenic, islands and double-decks.

In-house
03

Graphics

Large-format and backlit printing, SEG fabric, dimensional lettering, specialty finishes, proofing, and LED and AV integration.

Our fleet
04

Logistics

Crating and a fleet of trucks we own outright running to shows across North America. Freight is a line item, not a brokered guess.

Supervised
05

Install & Dismantle

Nationwide install through our long-standing I&D partner with our own supervisor on site. The booth is test-built in our shop before it ships.

In-house
06

Storage & Assets

Inventoried, inspected, repaired and refurbished between shows across 90,000 square feet. Your client's kit comes back show-ready, not as-found.

The Reel

Work that started as somebody else's deck.

All Work
Process

How a job actually runs.

01

Send the brief

Renderings, a sketch, or a paragraph. Whatever stage the concept is at. Booth size, show, city, date, and a budget band if you have one. NDA first if you would rather.

02

Read and quote

Within 72 hours an engineer and a project lead come back with what builds as drawn, what needs to change, and what that does to the number. The itemized quote follows inside a week, with design, fabrication, graphics, freight, labor, show services and storage priced separately so you can see where to cut and where to spend.

03

Build, ship, install

Weekly updates with photos from the floor, test-built in our shop before it ships, our supervisor on site at install, and the kit inventoried back into storage after.

Common Questions

What producers ask first.

Yes, and it is the default rather than an upgrade. Documents, drawings and on-site shirts can carry your branding. We will sign your NDA or send ours. Your client stays yours, and we do not market to them during the project or after it.

Design and engineering, fabrication, graphics, logistics and storage all happen inside our own buildings in Anaheim and Las Vegas. Install and dismantle runs through our long-standing partner with our own supervisor on site. One shop is accountable for the whole thing.

Eight to ten weeks is standard from approved drawings, and rush is four to five. For shows at the Anaheim Convention Center we have rebuilt and re-installed inside a show week, because the shop is six miles from the dock.

Yes. We design, build and install nationwide and currently deliver across North America on our own fleet. Out of state, the booth ships from whichever of our two facilities is closer, with the same supervision on site.

Either. Most agency work arrives as creative that needs engineering, and we build to your intent. If you would rather we develop the concept instead, we have designers on staff for that too.

We inventory, refurbish and reconfigure other builders' properties regularly. Sending us a kit you did not originate is normal. We will tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what is cheaper to rebuild.

Start Here

Send the concept. Get a real number.

Two minutes of typing gets you a buildability read within 72 hours and an itemized quote inside a week. It goes to a project lead in Anaheim, not a marketing inbox. Ask for an NDA in the concept box and we will paper it before you send files.
