We arrange the local labor and supervise the floor. Reno-Sparks is a smaller hall with a shorter move-in than Las Vegas, which suits a booth that was already built once before it arrived.
Reno programs are built in our shops and pre-staged in full before they ship, then driven north. Northern Nevada is served from that building, which is why a Reno show does not carry Reno freight prices.
Twelve to sixteen weeks for a custom island. The Reno calendar is less congested than the south of the state, so there is usually more room to move a date here than there.
Footprint and complexity first. The freight leg is short and on our own trucks, so Reno quotes tend to look more like a Nevada number than a remote-market number.
Yes. Properties are stored and reworked at our Las Vegas building and rebuilt in full before they head north, which makes a second or third Reno appearance considerably cheaper than the first.
