We arrange the labor and supervise the program. New York is the least forgiving floor we work. Dock windows are short, street access punishes oversized crates and the paperwork is unforgiving, so the logistics plan is written before the design is finished.
New York booths are built in our shops and pre-staged in full before they are crated. Nothing travels 2,500 miles to Javits on the assumption that it will fit together when it gets there.
