We arrange the local labor and supervise the floor. The Salt Palace is a clean load-in and Salt Lake crews are easier to book than the big-market cities, which makes it one of the more predictable floors we work.
Salt Lake booths are built in our shops and pre-staged in full before they ship, then driven up the 15 on our own trucks. It is a short, direct run, which is why Utah programs rarely arrive late.
Twelve to sixteen weeks for a custom island. The Utah calendar is growing but not yet congested, so there is more room here to recover a slipped date than in Las Vegas or Chicago.
Footprint and complexity. The freight leg from Las Vegas is short and on our own equipment, so Salt Lake quotes are closer to a regional number than a remote one.
