We arrange the floor labor and supervise the install ourselves. Downtown LA is a harder dock than it looks, with tight move-in windows and real traffic consequences for missing them, so the scheduling matters more here than the labor does.
LA booths are built 30 miles away at our Anaheim shop. They are assembled and checked there before they are crated, which is the whole reason a booth can leave Orange County in the morning and be standing downtown the same day.
Twelve to sixteen weeks for a custom island. LA move-in windows are often short, so the build schedule matters less than the delivery slot, and we would rather book that slot early than negotiate for it late.
Size and complexity, then drayage. Downtown LA labor and dock time are where budgets slip, not fabrication, and we will tell you which of the two is eating your number before you sign anything.
Yes. Properties come back to Anaheim, get reworked, and get stood up in full again before they go back downtown. Reuse makes a lot of sense in LA because the freight cost of a second show is close to nothing.
