Miami, Orlando and Tampa are the three we work most, and we deliver to Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale and the smaller halls in between. Orlando alone justifies the trip east, which is what makes covering the rest of the state practical.
In our shops, then stood up in full on our Las Vegas floor before it is crated. Florida is a long haul, and nothing crosses the country for us without having been assembled and checked once already.
Build time is twelve to sixteen weeks for a custom island, and then you add transit. In Florida the move-in slot usually sets the schedule rather than the build, so we work backwards from the dock appointment.
