We arrange the labor and supervise the floor. The OCCC is the second largest convention center in the country and move-in there is an exercise in scheduling, not muscle. Marshaling and dock timing are where Orlando programs go wrong.
Orlando booths are built in our shops and pre-staged in full before they are crated for the trip east. It is a long haul, and we do not send anything across it that has not already been assembled once.
Earlier than a West Coast show. Twelve to sixteen weeks of build time plus transit, and the big Orlando shows book their move-in slots long before that. The slot drives the schedule.
Size and complexity, then freight and drayage, which at the OCCC is a serious line rather than a rounding error. We will show you both numbers separately so you can see what you are actually paying for.
Yes. Given the freight distance to Orlando, reworking an existing property usually beats building new. We store it show-ready, make the changes and stand the updated build up in full before it goes back east.
Dates, square footage and what needs to happen in the booth. We call within a business day and take it from there.
