Built around the tasting line.

Service counters where the crowd forms, 3D illuminated logos on both header faces, and a scenic centerpiece — a giant foamcore chocolate bar — that turned a 20-foot space into a landmark.

What stood in the way

Make a 20′×20′ footprint compete with islands three times its size — while serving a steady tasting line all four days.

Our Approach

How we built it

A 15-foot circular hanging sign for across-the-hall visibility, scenic fabrication from our shop’s prop bench, and a counter layout proven before the show.

The Result

How it performed

A small footprint that punched far above its square footage — service-fast up close, unmistakable from the aisle.
